1. QUOTATION POLICY :
I) Quotation will be released from us and once you accepted with the Purchase Order, then there any revisions or changes will not be accepted, without reasons specified written documents from us.
II) Project Management and Documentations will be added additional from the scope.
III) Quotation will be valid for 15 days from the date mentioned in the document.

2. DELIVERY POLICY :
I) Completed projects will be delivered electronically via email, secure cloud storage, or as specified in the contract.
II) You will receive regular updates on the progress of their projects. Our project management team will provide a timeline and milestone tracker.
III) For any inquiries or issues, please contact our project manager assigned to you.

3. SERVICE ITERATIONS AND REVISIONS :
I) For 2 iterations will be made at no additional cost if they are within the original project scope.
II) For revisions outside the original project scope, additional charges may apply.

4. PAYMENT TERMS :
I) Payment should be proceed within 30 days from the date of invoice.
II) As per the payment agreement terms the invoice will be proceeded according to it. In General we work on (40% / 20 % / 40%).
